Live stock Guarantee
All our live stock is shipped in high quality insulated boxes with heat packs, we also use a next day before 9am delivery service with a courier licensed to carry fish and corals. In the unlikely event of live stock dying in transit, we will replace your order or give a full refund providing you send a digital photograph as proof the day that you receive your order.
Please note that although we carry most items in stock in certain cases please allow up to 10 working days for the item to be dispatched, if this is the case we will email you to keep you up to date.
